Cancellation: I understand that a 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule my appointment. I understand that cancelling or rescheduling my appointment with less than a 24 hour notice, or failing to arrive at a scheduled appointment (no show), may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost, and is due before any future bookings are made. In the event of an emergency or contagious illness, I understand that the cancellation fee may be waived at Stephanie Brown's discretion. Last minute service reductions: I understand that if I decide to eliminate a service that has been scheduled with less than a 24 hour notice (i.e. deciding to just do a cut instead of color, etc.) I will still be required to pay for that service. When possible, another service may be substituted in its place at Stephanie Brown's discretion. Adjustment policy: I understand that if I don't love my hair, I have 7 days from the day of my appointment to contact Stephanie Brown for a complimentary adjustment. Adjustment will be complimentary unless it is a change from what we agree upon during the consultation. I understand that, sometimes, more than one appointment is required to achieve a desired look.
